By accepting these general terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of your guardian and that you will comply with the general terms and conditions.

Ordering

When you order from the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email with information. If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact me immediately via email info@emmetall.com or via the contact form on the website.

You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that your name, address, telephone number, email and other information are correct.

I reserve the right to change the delivery time if necessary and you will be informed via email if this is the case.

If the delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you, the customer, have the right to cancel the order.

If the package is not collected by the customer on time and sent back to me, I have the right to charge you for the shipping fee and other administration costs.

Prices and payment

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. Shipping is added when delivered by mail and will be displayed separately at checkout. Please also note that local fees (such as currency conversion fees, credit or debit card fees, VAT, customs, etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such fees are at your expense and will not be refunded by me.

I reserve the right to adjust the price of products or shipping caused by a price change at the supplier.

Payment is made via Shopify Payments, Klarna or Paypal.

Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping is made via Postnord with tracking.
  • Delivery time is between 5 - 30 days, depending on the type of product you purchase. For special orders that may take more than 30 days, I will notify you of the product's delivery time before we continue the collaboration.
  • If delays in delivery occur without me contacting you about it, you should contact me via email info@emmetall.com
  • Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • If you have chosen the option to pick up the product in store, the same delivery time applies, but I will notify you via email when the product is ready for pickup.

Right of withdrawal

  • If you regret your purchase or if the product did not meet your expectations, email info@emmetall.com before sending the product back.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, unless we have agreed otherwise.
  • You You have 14 days to notify us of a return from the date you received the product.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to a specially made product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • If the product is used or damaged by you, I have the right to deduct any decrease in value when refunding the product.
  • You are responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping, pack the product well in the original box and shipping box.
  • You must send the package with a tracking number and proof of shipping to me.

Warranty and complaints

All products are inspected before they are sent to the customer. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, I undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.

You can, within 1 year from the date you received the products, file complaints regarding products that are defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

You must always contact me for approval before returning a defective item.

Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@emmetall.com where you state your name, address, email address, order number, product and a description of the defect.

If it is not possible to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, I will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. I am responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
