Refund policy
Right of withdrawal:
- If you regret your purchase or if the product did not meet your expectations, email info@emmetall.com before sending the product back.
- You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- You have 14 days to notify us of a return from the date you received the product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to a specially manufactured product, which has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- If the product is used or damaged by you, I have the right to deduct any decrease in value when refunding the product.
- You are responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping, pack the product well in the original box and shipping box.
- You must send the package with a tracking number and proof of shipping to me.
How to make a return:
- Email info@emmetall.com with your name, address, email address, order number and a specification of the product you want to return.
- Send the product within 14 days after you have notified us of the return.
- Send the product well packaged in the original box and shipping box.
- Email me a tracking number for the package.
- You will receive your money back through the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
