Shipping policy

  • Parcels are sent with Postnord with tracking.
  • Delivery time is between 5 - 30 days, depending on the type of product you purchase and your location. For special orders that may take more than 30 days, I will notify you of the product's delivery time before we continue the collaboration.
  • If delays in delivery occur without me contacting you about it, you should contact me via email info@emmetall.com
  • Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • If you have chosen the option to pick up the product in store, the same delivery time applies, but I will notify you via email when the product is ready for pickup.
