This is how a special order is made with me

Custom ordering a piece of jewelry or booking a service with me is easy and personal. Here you will get a clear overview of how it works. For example, if one of my rings is not in your size, or if any other adjustment is needed on another piece of jewelry, you can contact me.

1. First contact

You can contact me with your idea or request. You can come up with your own ideas, reference images, or if you have seen something I have created before and want to work on it further. It can be via DM on Instagram , the contact form or you can come by the forge or meet me at a market. Please tell me:

  • What you want (e.g. a ring, a necklace, a repair or service)
  • If there is a specific style, feel or stone you want
  • If you have a budget to stick to
  • If there is a deadline then the work must be completed.

2. Idea development & quotation

We continue to talk about manufacturing, shapes and expression, and if it is a ring order, for example, you need to try on the ring size. I draw a sketch or show references from previous work. When we both feel that we have found the right expression, you will receive a quote with price and schedule.

3. Confirmation & advance payment

If you want to proceed, you confirm the order and accept the price. When it comes to gold work, I charge an advance payment of 25% to be able to purchase materials and start the work. The rest is paid when the jewelry is finished.

4. Manufacturing

I forge, cast or build your piece of jewelry, if you want I can update you with pictures as the work progresses. If it is a wedding ring order with stones, I can ask you to come and try the ring on before the stones are set to make sure the ring size feels right.

5. Finished jewelry & delivery

When the jewelry is ready, you must approve it before I send or hand it over. You pay the remaining amount, and then the jewelry will be sent with trackable shipping or we will meet for handover.

6. Follow-up

I love hearing how your piece turned out! Please leave a review, get in touch with feedback, pictures or questions about future adjustments. I also offer polishing, repairs and resizing if needed later!
